Are there any indoor walkers on the site? I am starting the walk at home system by Leslie Sansone.

Wondering if anyone has try it?

I have a couple of her DVD's and do them occasionally. They're a pretty good workout. I find her constant chatter annoying so I usually choose the music only option.

I absolutely love Leslie. I've been walking with her for years. I love that I can do 2 miles in the morning before work and don't have to leave the house. She has a lot of variety in her DVDs but I usually do the same 6 or so over and over. Good luck walking. It's the best exercise for you.
