So we will be stopping off at the mall before we catch the cape may ferry on our way back to canada.
i printed off the map and one spot says"Free Store"! what is this?

It is probably a duty free shop. That means what you buy there will not cost you when you get home. I purchase stop at the duty free shops when I travel overseas and am returning home; they are usually in air ports.
