My doctor told me you should drink 8 cups of water a day,
not 8 glasses, since most glasses are 12 ounces and a cup is
only 8 ounces. But if you do drink that many glasses a day
it won't hurt you. Just don't chug all the water at one
time, that would be bad for you.

LOL Love the picture. I drink tons of water but I'm afraid it doesn't seem to have that affect on me.
