In theory there were almost 80 of us...at just a few pounds each we would have lost a whole person! 11 and 13 that's great. I pushed to get to 9. I figure today is a freebie since I dont want to lose before I start the September contest, not really, it's a day at a time!

I read all of the reports and everyone seems to have done well. Those who didn't lose weight are jumping back on the wagon.

I have lost 33 pounds since June 1. (There was also some gaining in there.) It has been hard! I take medication that slows my metabolism so it is very hard for me to lose. I had to reduce my calories drastically and exercise like crazy just to lose a pound. It really inspires me to see others are having to work as hard as I do. I don't feel so all alone. If I thought it was impossible I would have given up a long time ago. I have 70 pounds to go. Due to the medication I may never be able to eat a "normal" meal, so I hope I can develop a lifestyle that I can live with and remain healthy.
