The last two months I got my fat quarter ready early since I wasn't losing any weight. Well by the end of the month I hadn't lost a thing, so this month I am not going to get it ready until the last minute. That means I should lose some weight, right? LOL

Laurie you need a more positive out look on losing weight! I don't cut mine until the last day. I know you can lose the weight especially if I can. I take it day by day. I don't set goals because I will be disappointed. I just try to make good decisions as I go thru each day. You can do it, I know you can!!!!!! I'm cheering for you!!!

If you cut it early it has to be with the intention that you are going to KEEP it!

This time I am going to cut 2, one for me and one for the second place person :) I love flannel and I even have a great pattern already picked out. Maybe I will tie a flannel F4 to the handle of the fridge!!!!

It's going to be a bad day or a tough day. Both DH and little man have stomach bug. Only Eli is running a fever. I feel nausiated (sp?) just thinking about it. We were suppose to go to a football game tonight but that ain't happening. Hope you all have a better day then what I'm going to have!!!!

Hi.. I need to lose weight and now that I'm in my 40's it's been really hard and I just keep gaining and I dont pig out or munch all day and I'm not a couch potato...lol But if you dont mind I would like to check back here even though I'm not signed up. I didnt see this post until last night because I'm a newbie and theres so much to look at on this board :)
May I ask how everyone is losing their weight? Maybe something will work that I havent tried. I need to lose between 40 to 50 pounds and that will put me to the weight I'm use to. I see you talk about recipes being here, are they on this post? Thanks everyone :)

Make ginger tea with honey. If you don't have ginger put some cinnamon or cloves in the tea. And take care of you.

Do you know what your weight was on Nov 1 or 2? Since you are a newbie I will still let you join in the fun. We are easy going here and as long as it is within the first week I let people join even through it is late and sign ups are suppose to be closed. I can't turn someone away who needs our support to get healthy. So just let me know if you want to join or just lurk.

Where in NY are you?????????
