Yep that is it NO COMPLAINING about off topic. We get off topic A LOT on the weight loss thread. Some of us have been doing it for 9 months we share all our trials and tribulation not pertaining to weight loss. Some people don't like it but honestly if you check past months if it wasn't for a few of us who are on the thread daily and chit chat about everything there would be no thread. Some people don't want off topic chit chat but they don't participate in posting comments. They can not have their cake and eat it too!!!!![/quote]

Great, count me in too!!!

I was in for October and didn't hear who won. I lost 13.5# and haven't heard who won. This was the first time I entered and don't know where to go to see the winners. Also want to enter for November. Thanks, nannyh7. [email protected]

The Rules.................On Oct 1 you will weigh yourself and write it down DO NOT PM ME. On Oct 31 weigh yourself again and PM me with your loss. THIS IS THE ONLY TIME YOU PM ME. I will not keep track of you loss you HAVE to do it yourself. If you would like to post your weight on the thread that is your choice, you do not have to tell anyone your weight. On Nov 1 I will announce the biggest loser. The people who didn't lose as much weight has to send the biggest loser a FQ. You will follow this thread for support, recipes and encouragement along with personal trials and tribulations. So exercise, eat healthy, lose weight and most of all have fun.

I hope this helps? it's my first time too

I'm guessing that since 60 plus people have to weigh themselve and send in their weight losses today the winner may not be known yet.

I'm in again too. I doubt if anyone will be sending me any fat quarters for October but at least it's a bit down and that beats a bit up.

Sharing life's tribulations and successes is an important part of sharing the journey and can be inspiring for others so I agree, no griping. I have a friend who had a refrigerator magnet that said "No sniveling allowed here." when her kids were growing up.
