He said that natural sugar is better then all the other sweeteners and if you decrease it you wont notice and you can control how much goes in
Sugar isn't my problem I don't put sugar in coffee or tea and I hate soda. My problem is butter and cream. I love heavy cream if I were to have a glass of whole milk I would put about 1/4 cup of heavy cream in it. I could drink the stuff plain. The other thing is butter, I could take a stick out of the fridge and it it (not really but you get the point)

I am not a cereal person but when I want to lose weight I will eat some. I eat Arrowhead Mills puffed rice cereal that is unsweetened and to add sweetness fresh fruit works wonder for me since I am not a sugar person. I also like Complete all bran cereal, there might be sugar in that but it has a low calorie count.

Sugar is no different then anything else you are addicted to, you have to wean yourself off of it. So it should be every 3 days you cut the amount in 1/2. So if you started off with 4 tbsp on day 4 you then would cut it to 2 tbsp and on day 7 it would be 1 tbsp and day 10 1/2 tbsp and by day 13 you should stop all together................Oh but abbyquilts you are not taking my advice>>>>>>LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL

My doctor keeps telling me to give up my Pepsi, but I told him I would give it up when they pry it from my cold dead fingers! A girl's gotta have at least one vice.

I have had to give up all caffeine for a heart related problem. I dont mind that so much but I love my sodas.

I have switched to apple juice, water and decaf green tea with sugar.

    Trying to be good.

I need a sugar drink in the morning I can not roll out of bed and drink water YUCK

I have a total water phobia in the morning can not get a shower, drink water or even wash my hands till I wake up lol. I am weird and I know it and I am not ashamed

I read it wrong too I was like who the heck is Rancho Mirage and why did they say "we were 104 today", I thought it was their birthday but then thought how could they both be 104 unless they were twins. And why were they on the weight loss thread trying to lose weight they are so old they should be dead!
