i go to ww and the meetings are so helpful i love the new point system you have to do what works best for you i loose at least a lb a week

I'm starting tonight. I'm a Lifetime member who, sadly, doesn't deserve it. But I'll try again starting tonight.

I do WW meetings. The support and accountability are wonderful. Plus there is a lot contributed by other members.

WW on line may work well for some. My cousin used to do meetings and then her little town stopped having meetings and she went to on-line. She finds it harder.

I think more young folks will do better on line as they are already doing e-mail, twitter, facebook, etc an it is another extension of that 'generation'.

I've lost 96 lbs with WW meetings so I'm happy just where I am.
