    It might seem cute, but why do shop owners do this???.....really, how many customers has she lost because they have cat allergies? I could never go into that shop..how sad...Don't get me wrong, I LOVE all animals, just cats, guinea pigs, and horses all have a dander that does not love me! Even after shots to help!

    This kitty looks just like my Buster and he does the same thing. Loves to get into baskets and totes. Thanks for sharing. Nancy

    I think this is one of those things that goes two ways -

    They may keep some people away -

    BUT - they also will bring some people in.

    There was a bookshop that I stopped at more to visit the cats than to buy books. Occasionally I did buy a book, but the cats were the main draw.

    cats and fabrics don't mix well. but then i have 3 cats myself but i don't have a quilt shop. and i'm allergic too.

    That's sew cute! I miss my two furry sewing buddies...it's not as much fun when there's no one there to greet me. (I had to have the shots, too.)
