Maybe I should have read all the way thru before I responded! I squeeze the pickle juice on to chips, but don't like the dill pickle flavored chips you can buy.

I also like potato chips on bologna sandwiches - I don't eat it often, but, love it.

I really don't have any strange combinations. When my son was about 7 - 8 his friend was always at our house around lunch time so I asked him what kind of sandwich he liked for lunch. He said peanut butter and grape jelly and baloney and mayo. One day I gave him peanut butter and grape jelly and another day baloney and mayo but he didn't really seem to like them. Found out he liked them all in one sandwich!

Maybe not so strange, but a few of my sort of strange favorites....

fries with 1000 Island dressing for dip
anchovies on hot ham & cheese sandwich
artichokes with plain mayo for dip

Here's a weird one...my mom puts ketchup on toast!! EWWW!

Who cares about a psychiatrist! We are quilters; entitled to some oddities, I think

BTW, Lostn51, sushi is one of my favorites, a food I learned about from my sweetheart.

I love hot mashed potato sandwiches, with wholemeal bread and real butter....and for breakfast, plain toast, peanut butter and then honey on top (tastes a bit like toffee).
