I've been cleaning house all day and I am exhausted. The kitchen is clean and I'd like it to stay that way at least until tomorrow LOL

What a beautiful kitchen! I'd say you should make "reservations" for dinner tonight. You deserve it!

Very pretty! Did you wax the countertops? I am going to try that, hope it makes mine shine like yours!

The counter tops are granite, so you have to use a special cleaner and polish. Contrary to popular opinion, granite requires special handling...a real pain if you ask me.

We bought this house brand new (new construction) 7 years ago, and the builder installed granite as a standard. It is pretty, but not as easy to care for as Silestone like my sister has. When we bought the house, my husband said "This kitchen is begging for some serious cooking". It's a good think I like to cook. LOL

You have a very pretty kitchen. That same feeling happens to me after I deep clean my kitchen. I have learned to schedule a dinner out on those days. We had spaghetti and meatballs with spinach salad and garlic bread tonight.

That's a gorgeous kitchen. Yeah - I agree - reservations are the way to go.

I like to "save" my pristine kitchen too. It only lasts a day, but I get a date night out of it. If you like to cook your kitchen gets lots of use and even more swabbing down. My daughter and I have a nightly swab down going after the dishes are done. Working together it's not so bad. And the kitch is ready for more cooking another day!
