What to do wahen a sale is requested and then the person renegs?

I've always tried to keep the seller in the loop but there have been times when my computer went down or when the ISP (internet service provider) was down that I just couldn't get on the internet at all for a few days. And then too sometimes life just gets in the way. But good communication is the key to good relationships.

we are not a selling site or any variation of a marketplace.
if your sale is not completed within what you consider a satisfactory period of time, you are at liberty to offer it again for sale to somebody else ... assuming you are eligible to sell here and that prices are within policy.
