Carbs and fat always get me....especially if they are combined with chocolate. However----I have found that one high-quality truffle will get me through the craving and then I can make more sensible choices. If I try eating M & M's or something like that, it takes a lot more to satisfy my chocolate craving.

I usually crave crispy thingys like potato chips and it's not for the salt because I love unsalted ones (WISE makes some).
BUT... I want to know what diet you're on that you lost 14# since Turkey-day??? Congrats. Keep up the good work; and it is work!

Carbs, carbs, and candy. On my most successful diet i had a small candy bar every day. It kept me on track for the rest of the time. Now it's hard to find a small candy bar, something bigger than a bite and smaller than a bread box!
