Here in Iowa we are in the upper 60's. That is not normal for this time of year. I should be running the air conditioner. It's weird.

It has only been in the 50-60's in MN. Actually been below freezing in the northern part of the state.

We had to have the furnace on this past weekend. When we got home it was 62 degrees in the house so I had to crank up the thermostat. This coming weekend is supposed to be warmer. Yeah! :) :)

We are meant to have winter here now but spring seems to be here by mistake!! We have hardly had any rain last month or this month and there is talk of water restrictions even in winter now!
Luckily it is raining today even though the weather bureau forecast sunshine. It has rained all day so far and it is lunchtime now so hopefully will continue for as long as possible..the temperatures too have been much warmer and even though it is lovely and i like warm we need winter still!!

Yeah, we're having a light spring for a change in Northern CA so far. I still count my blessings - talked to my family in Germany and they are running the heater. Brrrrr.

Hope it will settle down before my visit in two weeks.

MadQuilter
Would love to see pics of your trip when you return.
How long will you be there?

Quilt4u- same here in Massachusetts. Its 58 degrees most of this week, I am chillin in the house in flannel pj's. As to where I am normally in shorts and a tank top. Its been cold rainy and gloomy all week. I just told DH its like we are finally getting all the April showers. I want sun and warmth so bad.
