We took a really fun weekend trip to see the fall color on Red Mountain Pass and this morning I pieced a back with one of my all time favorite halloween fabrics, It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown. I was smiling all the while, it's such cute fabric! I've had it in my stash for almost 10 years, now it's on the back of a quilt where I can really enjoy it.

hmmm, Sun was my BD and I'm was feeling sorry for myself so smooches from my pooch and snuggles from my donkeys helped. DH is not one to celebrate things. On Mon. my buddies from work took me to lunch so and that was nice. Thankfully I'm over the feeling sorry for myself stage until next year. Not sure why I get blue on my BD but I do.

Thinking about the wonderful time my husband and I had together in Arkansas last week. Temperatures never got out of the 70s! Loved it.

I went to a local nursery and they had mums, buy one-get one free! They are huge and beautiful. I chose a pink and a yellow one that are just starting to open. Only $5.00 for both!!! I'm getting into the fall feeling, it's cool here.
