    No,it is all wood lt looks just like yours . I made it from a book I bought that had the pattern I will see if I can find the name of it . I no longer have the book but here is a link to the one I used http://shop.countrythreads.com/home.php?cat=68
    I used a wing nut on the top bar to move the position to vary the size of the frame.
