Carrie, I have a fabulous water buffalo and venison summer sausage!!! Too yummy. The water buffalo was a gift from my brother, or he was trying to clear his freezer.

I guess I understand better how some people feel about eating crawfish. I love them, some people do not. I would love the shrimp but I don't think I could do the octopus. What part do you eat? :lol: Don't tease me. :lol: I really wonder.

The whole thing, pop it into your mouth. It is very chewy but as bland as a saltine cracker. It has an interesting texture, but no different than a hard boiled egg really, just chewy.
