Default What a scam!!!

I just got a call from "Microsoft"..lol
The recording said that the license on my computer was expired and to call: 8**-3**-9*** to renew it.

Bill Gates doesn't need my money that bad does he?.....lol That "Microsoft" has to do robocalls.

No telling how many people fall for this. As far as I know they don't expire on home computers.

I thought I heard everything from those "Microsoft" people, but this is new! After a thousand calls from those people I told them I died. They told me that that my computer was"infected" with porn, I told them that I threw my computer in the trash... What will they think of next!??

I tell them that, yes, my windows are dirty. When can they come out and wash them.

Have you all heard that the makers of malware and virus cleanup programs are frequently the ones who spread the virus in the first place to sell their cleaners? Sounds feasible to me.

My friend got a call that she should get Dish Network. She loves to play with these people. She said "I have all the dishes in my cupboard, I don't need anymore". They went on with their spiel. She said, "I have blue ones, and green ones, and yes, orange ones and unbreakable ones". They hung up.

My son says these are from China. They are trying to get you credit cards numbers.

Most of the ones I hear come from India. There are some hilarious "scambaiting" videos on Youtube - they set up a virtual machine and let the scammers connect to that (It can't be harmed like a real computer).
