I am asking for an Accuquilt Go. I finally showed it to my DH the other day. He called it, "manufacturing equipment". Whether or not I receive it is another question.

To JCrow, I would ask for the Ipad. It seems like you would get alot of use out of it.

My husband and I don't exchange gifts. It's a struggle just to get enough money for the kids.

I have already bought a few things for myself- a couple of books and feet for my FW. I joined a Fw club and i bought them at the first one. I told him he had to wrap them.i don't really need anything, but my want list is long. Lol Dh just found out that he is done working after next week, so my biggest wish is that I will still be able to get things done b/c when he is home, I can't seem to accomplish much.

I just booked my Christmas and birthday gift from my husband....I get to go see my BFF in January for 4 days! We haven't been able to get together for 3 years and really miss each other.
Last year I was supposed to go and couldn't due to health issues with my Mom and her sister and BIL...that was the entire winter. Then hubby had to fly down to his Dad twice last year.
His Dad is gone now, so we won't have to reserve the money to send him at a moments notice.

Maybe take your Christmas gift money and give it to a charity that feeds children or protects orphans.

My husband went by himself and purchased a $ 300.00 gift certificate to my LQS - he couldn't wait and gave it to me already - I love it.

Facetime is totally cool! Now instead of hollering upstairs to my kids to come down for dinner, I contact them via Facetime and "speak" to them. Love it!

It's an app on the Ipod/Ipad/Iphone and actually on any newer Mac, I guess. It's like Skype. I click on her name, it contacts her, and then poof! We are looking at each other. Not that she ever looks particularly happy to be contacted in this way, but I love it.

In fact, I can see many useful applications..."You are at the movies? Wave the phone around and show me the theater seats!" LOL
