Default What is your "comfort color"?

Dina - who makes wonderful quilts - said that purple is her "comfort color"

It's post #46 on her Purple Log Cabin thread

purple log cabin

When my son was in the process of divorce from his wife, I was happier when I was working on an orange, yellow, and white quilt.

Do you have a color that you find comforting to work with?

I am drawn to blue. Cobalt, electric, "hit you in the eyes" blue. It's been my favorite since I was four years old.

This is a Log Cabin I made for Jim a few years back. I named it "Lincoln's Legacy".

I'm really liking aqua or turquoise these days. Although lime green is probably my all time favorite.

These are my current favs, too. But one of the colors I find the most soothing is sage green. I have quite a bit of it in my house.

lime and orange. I think a development from having cancer twice recently. I also was prone to green yellow orange blue nail polish also, but that need is fading

Any shade of green. My stash has always had an over abundance of green. Never met a green I did not like.
