"I'll hit you so hard, your whole family will fall down!"
My grandpa used to say, "Eat! Eat every darn all!"
My mom used to say "cum see cum saw" for kind of yes, kind of no.

When I did my training as a registered nurse, there was this "old" Zone-matron.
Sometimes we admiited old people whom you could clearly see was not properly taken care of.
And when this Matron did her rounds, she would always say:
"One mother can look after 10 children ... but 10 children can not look after one mother."

Oh dear..
a friend of the family used to always say,(whenever we whined for something) "Put your wishes in one hand and S*** in the other and see which one fills up first". Not really sure what that supposed to teach us.... It cracks me up now! I will sometimes say it to my kids now. They are 23 and 27 years old though and have heard those words before..

Sorry if I offended anyone!
