I am not a big sandwich eater, but do love Reubens...and when I do make tuna sandwiches, I put olives in mine instead of pickles...also has to have diced celery.

BLT!!! Yum!!!!

Your reference to using Miracle Whip made me think of my sister's recent home fire. Her house completely burned to the ground last Saturday (Feb. 19). One day last week they went to the burnt out remains to see if they could salvage anything. Well, my 11 year old niece Hannah found a jar of Miracle Whip that had been in the refrigerator. The jar was melted a bit, but they removed the lid and looked inside. My sister said the contents were still white and it still smelled like Miracle Whip!  I don't know exactly what that says about Miracle Whip, but I sorta think it might be up there alongside Twinkies for shelf life!

BTW: other than the Miracle Whip and one pretty scorched photo album of Hannah they haven't been able to recover anything. And, no, they didn't keep the Miracle Whip. :?
