The thing is, she was asking about birthdays, not age. So it's safe to just put that.

OTOH, I'm fine with putting my age (50, born in 1959). I just don't want reminders of it on the day the age flips to a higher number.

my DD is 50, tell ya anything? I really don't have a hangup with age, having had cancer to alternative is unexceptable

Mine is 6/28/53 and I did list it! I don't like to celebrate my birthday because it reminds me of all my aches and pains.
