the last time I bought new ones I bought them at w/m cause they had the small sizes just in...Have to grab them up before all the teenagers do..LOL

Normally I get them wherever I can find them and they'll fit. I'm still wearing junior sizes and the women sizes don't fit me :(

I have short legs, so I go to places that carry short or petite jeans: Christopher Banks, Coldwater Creek, Chicos, Kohls; but I only buy on sale.

I have the best luck lately with jeans at Chicos & Dress Barn. I am short & they both carry short length.

Hey, I'm a size 14-16 and I buy Lee Comfort waistband jeans from Kohl's department store...I love, love, love them and they fit very well. Give them a try...you can also find this particular kind at most of the better department stores or online from Lee jeans. Good luck in your quest...it took me ten years to find these and I hope they continue to make them!

A really nice cut for 'ladies of a certain (ahem) age' can easily wear jeans by Diane Gilman - I buy mine through QVC! The cut is perfect for my chubby tummy and flat derriere!

JCPenny...their brand of stretch cords. Very comfy, fit well, nice colors for Fall and Winter. Usually around $19.99 and last for years. I have a pair of black...little faded...that are at least 7 years old. Sure got my money's worth out of that pair!

I still have jeans from Wally, when they had great jeans in Ca. I now bought some from HSn-Diane Gilman. So hope they fit when they arrive.
