Does anyone know if WLPG is in JPG format? I tried to download pics before, but they were in the wrong format. They were from a different Photo Gallery though. Thanks.

On my computer (new), it is JPEG format. Sometimes if you right-click on your picture, you can tell the computer to "Save As", and give it a name followed by .gif, .tif, or whatever extension you want. I don't know if this will solve your problem, but it's worth a try.

If you right click on the picture there, click on properties and it should tell you if it is a jpg or a different format.

i have that but haven't used it yet. new computer. i did go through all my photos that the geek squad saved for me when our computer crashed and i deleted a lot of them. they were saved in three places by my previous photo program.
