That famous movie is on and I have been reading about how it was made. I just found a fact that I have never heard before.
The colored horses were made that way with the powder to make Jello. They had a different horse for each color and had to film quickly because the horses liked the taste and wanted to lick it off.

I don't have tv, but I love it when they put the little tidbits of information on the screen at commercial breaks.
One I remember is Buddy Epson was slated for the part of the tin man, but was allergic to the aluminum paste/makeup they used for the face.
