Too many rules for me. I suppose if you grew up with it it would seem normal though.

People always had to look up to someone to rule. someone strong. We still do it. Not sure where the word Royal come in but rulers had families and those continued on ruling. on and on. But no, i would not want to be. too many people to be responsible for and too many watching my every move. nope, not me.

Noooooo!!!
I wouldn't want to be a Royal

They became Royal by the line of succession, kings and queens have always been known as royals.

Not enough freedom for me. I doubt they can slip down to the pub for a cold one.

No way! I'd hate to have to live in a fishbowl. Today with cell phone cameras and the internet its even harder than in the past. Eleanor Roosevelt used to sneak away from her Secret Service guards so she could drive her car. She'd never be able to get away with that today.

There are things I would love but things I would hate: I would love being waited on. I would love never having to do any kind of housework. I would hate all the rules!

Easy answer - No. Although I do love reading about them and enjoy British history. I don't want to be one.
