My cock-a-poo, Bootsie, used to jump in the bathtub and hide behind the shower curtain! He'd be panting and drooling and just be so scared. You could see it in his eyes. Poor baby. I'd always hold him on my lap and cuddle him. He was just the sweetest, most lovable little thing. Fireworks and thunderstorms were just not his thing.

My 2 Pomeranians & cat don't like them , so I have the radio going at night to block out the noise.

Years ago we had a Sheltie who was completely unafraid of the fireworks. We had to shut him up in the garage because he would chase the bottle rockets. We were afraid that he would catch one before it went off.

Our last dog a schnauzer was afraid of all loud noises. Most of the time she spend most of her time indoors on her bed behind my lounge chair. But upon hearing the first thunder or loud noise and she headed in to the computer room and hid under the desk.

My daughter's cat, Sofi, is deathly scared of noise and lightening. She runs around like crazy and ends up hiding in the bathroom behind the toilet!

Rocky is. I am babysitting right now. Jim went to the church get together. I feel it is more important for poochie to feel secure. Right now he is under the table that this computer sits on.

My Tippi is afraid of thunder, back fire and fireworks. She is so afraid of loud noises and if we are not careful she will try and get of the yard and run away, so we have to bring her into the house and she is a happy camper.
