Welcome from Southern California. I have a couple of good friends that have that. My closest friend has sleep apnea as well. Her CPAP machine has made a huge improvement on her life for her.

Welcome! I have had FMS since 1990 or thereabouts. Like others have mentioned, go for tools that work with you, not against you. Pace yourself and realize some days/weeks/months you may not be able to cut or sew.
