I am going to teach a hand quilting class to some homeschoolers. I am learning as I go along. Any tips or web sites that would help? I have planned to make a set of coasters for our first project, then maybe a pieced pillow, then the remainder 6 classes work on a quilt. TIA!

PutPut, I too like to do needle turn applique. I also do crochet, tatting and embroidery on crazy quilt blocks and of course quilting.

Welcome from Louisiana, you will enjoy this guilting forum. Happy that you joined us.

Welcome from southern Illinois. I am working on a Dresdan Plate now doing needle turn. Have pieced one quilt by hand also. It's a quiet lonely job, but hey ! Someone's got to do it.
