Wow! I'm so excited to be here and want to thank you all for such a warm welcome. I do like active boards, so here's hoping I get a bit of "me" time now that my son is back in school and participate more.

Hi Jen and welcome from a very hot Spain. My husband lived in Nantymoel (I think thats how you spell it) Good job it wasn´t the place in Wales with I think 24 letters in it I wouldn´t stand a chance.
By the way I am originally Scottish. We have many Canadians here on the board so you are going to feel very welcome.
There are a lot of tutorials on how to do things here on the Board if you search under "Back to Home Page" you will find the Tutorial thread.
Good luck Elle

Hi Jen and welcome from an English woman now living in France!
I spent many happy holidays as a young teen, water skiing in Abersoch, which I think is just below you on the Lleyn? I remember once going on a day trip to Llanfairpwyllgwyn...gogogoch etc, you know the one, can't spell the rest of it, although it's my 'party piece' that I can say it! :D
Tisha - I lived near Haverfordwest for two years when my Dad was working at Milford Haven, in a little village called Roche where there's a castle. It was 1971-73! And you're right - the Pembrokeshire coastline is beautiful - all those 'Havens'! :D
It's great here Jen - I'm sure you'll find all the advicce and inspiration you need as well as boundless encouragement and support so ask away and don't forget - we LOVE pictures! :D
