My grandmother, God have mercy on her, and my brother, thankfully alive and well, were both born on 10/31. Was always a special, shared day. Wishing you a happy birthday and comforting, happy memories.

My birthday was yesterday and I am 2 years and 1 day older than you. Like you, I miss my mom. But I sure remember those wonderful birthdays, trick or treating and getting not only candy but MONEY. I thought that the whole night was a celebration for me.... although it wasn't officially Halloween, but around here we called it Beggar's Night. So I had TWO nights of birthday celebration. It was great.
