Hello and welcome from Boston. You ae lucky indeed to have inherited so much. Just do a little at a time. Sometimes when we are busy it is the getting started that gets in the way. Just a little at a time will do it.

Hi Joey10, welcome from another Californian. Where do you live? I am in Southern Ca. near Temecula. You absolutely want to learn to quilt and continue the tradition. I have a quilt that my mom made and also my grandmother and they are my favorites of all the quilts I own and have made. I feel like they are here with me when I look at them.
