BTW... I love turtles too. I have two swimming right next to my computer. They are wonderful creatures. (The fish in the tank right now don't share my opinion. He he. ;-) )

Sorry for not responding sooner vjengels. Where in CO do you live? I commend you on being a triathlete. Is this the event called Ironman or another 3 events? If it is the Ironman, have you participated in the one in Hawaii. I watch once in a while when they show this event on the 9.3 TV station. I am just in awe. I can't even make myself go walking regularly. Have a great day. Happy quilting.

Hi Shirley,
I mostly just run, or bike, got a wild hair last year to do a triathlon, it was a 'sprint' only half mile swim, 13 mile bike, and a 3.1 mile run; the tri for the cure, it was alot of fun, all women, every shape size and ability. I may do it agin some time, but, I HATE the swimming.
