I joined this group a few weeks ago and I really enjoy it. I have been quilting for probably over 35 years. Have been a prolific top maker and hardly ever got them made into quilts. Over the last few years I have actually started FINISHING the whole quilt and even given some as gifts. I owned a commercial embroidery business for 15 years which really slowed down the quilting but I sold the business about 3 years ago and have enjoyed the time now to quilt. I really enjoy the process and the tools and machines have improved so much over the years it is really a pleasure to sew now. Plus I'm not sewing on the kitchen table or the floor any more (small apt when I first left home, no kitchen table) so quilting is alot more fun now. I look forward to all of the information from this forum. I've already learned a few tricks.

Welcome! I too live in the Denver area - Aurora. Glad to have another Coloradoan join.
I still have a pile of unfinished tops in my sewing room too. Guess one of these days I'll get around to finishing them.
