Welcome from NJ. I, too, am not a FB person. Nor do I have the time or inclination to join a local guild. This site is a wonderful resource not only for problem solving but also encouragement.

Enjoy.

Welcome from California! These are so many talented quilters on this site and I enjoy learning from them. Have fun and post a few pictures of your quilts.

Hi all, thanks for the welcome and a special wave to my WS neighbor. I used to live in WS near the mall, but moved out to Clemmons a few years ago. I was born and raised in WS.
Here are some of my quilts....
This is my quilt of valor (probably not to their specs) but it was a gift for my in-laws. The small stars have all the kids and grand-kids signatures, and a nice label on the back thanking him and his wife for their service.
This I did from a picture one of the kids took of my sis-in-law's dog. It was my first dog landscape on my own. It came out pretty neat.
This I did for a friend - Storm at Sea. I used the Deb Tucker Diamond Rects tool and that made it pretty simple.
This is a rhapsody quilt I did after attending the Ricky Tims seminar. Ugh, what a lot of work and loads of applique. Thank goodness I have a Silhouette Cameo, but I got pretty bored sewing all that down. Still it came out pretty cool.
