    Hello from San Antonio!

I'm brand new to quilting and love looking for beautiful patters. I'm still torn between machine and hand quilting. I have a lot to learn, and I'm glad to be here. Rainey

Welcome from another Texan. I think you will really like it here. There is always lots of information to glean from all the quilters & everyone is friendly & helpful.
You could do like this quilter did & combine hand quilting with machine quilting. I love that she did both on the same quilt.

Welcome from Ontario, Canada. I used to hand quilt but I have switched to machine quilting. There are so many quilts I still want to do and machine quilting speeds up the process. Do what you love!

My favorite quilt shop is Quilter's Crossing in Tomball on the northwest side of Houston. It's right on Main Street (FM 2920) off of Hwy 249.
