Default Hello from smoky California

Anyone out there know how to get rid of wildfire smoke damage to art wall hanging quilts? My mom's McKenna Ryan quilts on every wall of our family lake house will probably be smoke damaged. We are still evacuated, so it will be awhile before I can get up there. ( And hopes it doesn't burn down).

Welcome from Ontario, Canada. Hopefully you will have a quilt to clean! I would ask the restoration company what they use for things that cannot be washed.

Welcome and glad you are safe! Not a clue how to save those precious wall hangings, but I hope someone else on the board will have a few ways to help you.

Welcome from NE Ohio. Sorry I don't have any answers for you, but I hope you all stay safe and are able to return home soon and find everything still as you left it. Good luck.

Hello from NE England.

I was horrified to see on the News the devastation the wild fires are causing to your beautiful state.

I can’t answer your question but I do hope that you can return to your family house soon.

Welcome from Oklahoma. I hope everything will be okay. I shudder to think of losing everything to a fire. Good luck to you.
