A warm Welcome from New England!! I too did mostly sewing before I began quilting. When the children were young, I made almost all their clothing - including racing swim suits for my daughter. But now my sewing is quilting and am loving the creativity that I can call on. This is a great group - you will find lots of helpful hints and fantastic support.

Welcome to the QB from SE Michigan! You will find this group an exciting place to learn all kinds of new thing. There are a number of forums to choose from. What I did when I was new and it works great is to go to "new post" and jump right in! So much to learn and share this way. Again welcome aboard.
