I usually vote for a dark sashing to set off blocks but your beautiful blocks look so great with the lighter sashing that I have to go with the light this time. Gives your quilt a much softer, lighter appearance. By the way, welcome to the QB and you did a wonderful job on your first blocks. Look forward to seeing it finished and more of what you do.

Hi and welcome to the board from Iowa. Lovely quilt and I actually like it with no sashing or the lighter fabric given the complexity of the blocks. It is beautiful; you did a great job. Thank you for sharing.
