Hello and welcome, I'm in the Seattle, WA area so a little south of British Columbia.

I've caught my hubby looking at used sewing machines lately and my neighbor Matt currently has my portable machine because he enjoyed making some masks earlier this year and now has another project to do...

One of the first people I ever met from the internet was way back around Y2K and she was an Aussie quilter on holiday in the States with her husband.

Welcome to the QB from Southern California! When i was getting ready to retire I bought the Janome 6600P to use for quilting in 2010. Then one day took my little FW into be serviced and let the salesman show me an embroidery machine. I'm not sure how it happened, but it jumped into my car and followed me home. That was 9 years ago. I still love to watch it stitch. My husband stays as far away as possible from my machines, if they misbehave he is sure it's his fault.

Welcome from Southern California. I've always wanted to visit Australia because of the beautiful needlework people do there.
