Hi! I’m new to the forum, also from Ontario.
I just bought a Husqvarna Mega Quilter (9”) and I’m looking for advice using it, if anyone else has one. It worked really well when I tried it out on the table, but It won’t sew on the frame. It either doesn’t start at all, or it stitches a few times and jams. The owner’s manual isn’t very helpful! I’d love any help.

Welcome to the Board and I hope someone will be able to help you. I, actually bought the 9" Mega Quilter and frame when it first came out, and had so much trouble with it, even the "tech" wasn't able to get it to run right, so I finally gave up and gave it back and got my money back.

Welcome to the QB from south west Ontario!
Not sure where you're located, but you may benefit from some hands on help? Maybe someone is nearby? Don't post your address or personal info of course, but a general geographic may find you some help?

Not much help, but a big hello.
When setting up a frame, you have to be super level and square and plumb. My friend's house had some sort of dip in the floor boards under the carpet and try as we might we couldn't adjust around it without a little square of cardboard.
Another thing to check are the encoders, make sure they are clean and properly placed. If you notice the machine will stitch well in one direction, but not another that's usually the encoders.
