Hello and welcome from Utah
Good luck. It is always a mystery. Each quilt is a little different.
If you dicide to free motion quilt. Practice on a scrap first.
So you will know how you want to work your quilt.

when i am getting ready to quilt a new quilt top i start by looking through lots of books magazines with similar quilts and see how they are quilted for ideas...sometimes i will draw a couple of the actual blocks of the quilt and try different designs on paper before deciding on something, but i always start with looking at other quilts for ideas and inspiration.
