Beautiful valance!

It's been awhile since I did any filet crochet. One time I did my usual switcheroo (take a pattern intended for one purpose and make something completely different based on it)and used sport weight yarn to make a shawl using a filet crochet pattern. It came out really nice. Hmm...wonder where that one ended up??

Go on and get out those hexes and play with 'em...you might enjoy it more this go round.

mom-6: I REALLY need to finish the second valance before I even consider pulling another project out of mothballs! LOL!
