Hi, Nana in Michigan. Nice to meet you. I will keep an eye out for any burnt orange fabric for you. 100% cotton? How many yards? I am very close to San Antonio, but have one kiddo in Austin, so it should be easy to find.
It has been unbearably hot every day here in Texas (100+) for, gee, I've lost count. And no rain! All the lakes and ponds are drying up. So there is very little gardening here this year and watering is being restricted. So, I'm glad to have some quilting buddies to keep me indoors with my mind off of my poor frying yard. I water just enough to keep everybody alive, but there is no substitute for God's precious rain.
Please, pray for us and especially the poor wildlife that suffers most.
