Please do not think that all of Illinois is Messed up-------it would be nice though if Chicago Land was it's own state!

I am not sure about Chicago this weekend. My son is in Chicago for the weekend and I kind of worry about Chicago while he is there! lol

Absolutely!!! Like someone else said, this is the state that ELECTS the people that make our license plates.

In actuality it's a state funded retirement plan for our politicians.

We elect them, they spend a few years in office stealing what they can, we convict them, and they get to live off the state for the next several years----quite a bit like they were doing while in office except it doesn't pay as well.
