Default In an RV

My hat is off to anyone who lives in their RV and is a quilter. This past summer, when traveling I took material and my sewing machine and I was always putting it up and down to get it out of the way. I told my husband if I were to become a full timer, I would turn the entire bedroom into a quilt room and the we would sleep in the liv. room. and I probably would put a cot or small bed in the bedroom to sleep also at times. So there lots of ways to get your quilting going in an RV. - J

We only camp on weekends and some whole weeks, but I have to have the sewing with me. I have a storage cabinet under the dining benchs that I keep all the supplies in. I also have a little folding table & chair that I put up on an empty wall. It works out well. I really don't need to put it away if I don't want, although I usually do. My biggest problem is cutting. So I usually do that at home and take along the pieces to sew.
