I'm wondering what kind of help you are looking for.
If sure stitch is the stitch and speed regulator for the grace frame, you can follow this Google link and find a pdf file of the user manual. It is the third choice on the list. When you click on that, a pdf file will automatically download onto your computer. Good luck! And welcome.
