Welcome from Grand Rapids, MI. Congrats on your weight loss. Keep up the fantastic work. Seeing pics of middle age (no insult intended, just couldn't think of more PC way to put it) women losing weight really inspires me. I am 51 and weigh more now than I ever have in my life, lost my job 2 years ago and have been a full time student, I need to do something desperately and seeing stories like yours gets me motivated to get off the computer and out of the chair and walking.

Welcome Michelle and congratulations on your fantastic weight loss. I hope you'll think about posting to our weight loss challenge from time to time with tips and encouragement. This will be my first month participating. I've got about 100 lbs to relocate......LOL.
