Welcome from Central PA. I only use quilted purses that I've made. I have one for Bible study, one for regular use, one for carrying bigger stuff. Oh yes, I have a bunch.

Welcome from Harrisburg PA. I too love making bags and am always looking for another pattern to try. Have many and have given many away. You can never have too many bags!!! LOL

Sort of! I have this great pattern, it's really a diaper bag, but same concept!! I'm kinda waiting on a fabric that I really like. Plus, I just found out I'm expecting a boy..so I'll prolly make one for me, in case it's not great then make some for my other pregnant friends!! (Somehow it was baby making season earlier this year...so far I have 2 friends expecting boys, and 2 with girls, and waiting for another to become 20 weeks!!)

Any tips would be appreciated!

Welcome!! I'm pretty much a newcomer myself.BUT!! I can't wait to get my morning coffee & come see what's new!! 'Talk' with the girls!!!
So, yes, I have a thing for purses too..I found a pattern for a burlap purse & had to try it, only 'problem' was, I had 4 colors of burlap on the shelf!!!So, here they are!! (along with an unfinished tapestry )
I don't have to tell you to enjoy this board...it's just what happens ! :)
